Effect :
Select and activate 1 of these effects:
●Change the Battle Position of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.
●Tribute 1 monster. Select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Take control of it until the End Phase.
My Own View :
This Card basically act as the Combination of Brain Control and Book of Moon.
Control 1 Opponent's Monster (Need Tribute 1 of your Own as cost), Change Battle Position (But Not Face Down).
We can actually do a lot of fun things with this card.
Opponent Declair Attack, we change their position to end that Attack.
Tribute monster that can be useful while in grave or useless already (Necro Gardna, BF - Vayu the Big Flag/Emblem of Honor, A Flipped Ryko, Tokens, A Random Weak Monster just to empty your opponent's field, Spore, Grow-Up Bulb and many many more monsters......).
Not only that, Enemy Controller can be also used in many other ways.
Example :
Your Field :
A Level 2 Tuner and a Level 3 Monster.
Opponents Field :
A Level 4 Monster
Your opponent have 2800 Life Point left, if you Synchro a Level Monster, Highest Atk you would get is a 2400 Atk Magical Android, even if that Monster on your opponent wide of field have 0 Atk you still haven't won.
What if you Drop a Enemy Controller and Tribute your level 3 Monster and grab his Monster?
Even if that Level 4 Monster have 0 Atk you still can Synchro into a Goyo Guardian which is a 2.8K Beater, and you go for a Direct Attack and won the match.
